NSW Stoma Ltd
Stomal Therapy Nurse Scholarship

With the aim of improving the quality of life of NSW ostomates, NSW Stoma Ltd will award scholarships to assist nurses with the cost of obtaining qualifications as a Stomal Therapy Nurse.

The Scholarship will contribute to the costs of study for successful applicants up to a maximum of $5,000.

The scholarship is open to any registered nurse, resident and practising in the State of New South Wales who has enrolled in the College of Nursing Graduate Certificate in Stomal Therapy Nursing in NSW (an Australian Association of Stomal Therapy Nurses recognised course).

The applications close on 31 October 2021



Tasmanian Scholarships: Florence Nightingale Grants & Awards

The Florence Nightingale Grants and Awards aim to advance nursing and midwifery practice in Tasmania by offering annual Grants and Awards for:

  • education and research
  • recognising professional achievements, and
  • encouraging the pursuit of excellence in professional nursing and midwifery practice by promoting career development and leadership in nursing and midwifery.

The applications open 12 May and close on 31 August 2021
